Product Manager - Security & Trust (EMEA/AMER)

What you will do

• Set the security agenda for the platform, leading the roadmap from prototyping defaults to Fortune 500 controls.
• Balance security features against developer friction while partnering with Security Engineering, Compliance, and platform teams.
• Lead security strategy for AI agents, including authentication, scoping, and auditing their activity.
• Own the security product surface like firewall, audit logs, Vault, just-in-time access, and IAM primitives.
• Define the unified access model across roles, permissions, tokens, OAuth, SSO, and SCIM.
• Drive the compliance roadmap beyond SOC2 and HIPAA and serve as the customer's voice for security.
• Ship clear, opinionated security documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with focus on security, identity and access, infrastructure, or developer platforms where security mattered to enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of security primitives: authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, secrets management, OAuth.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and multi-team RFCs from proposal to shipped code.
• Comfortable in remote, async, write-it-down culture.
• Exceptional writing skills for disclosures, threat models, docs, and executive one-pagers.

Nice to have

• Compliance fluency with SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI, or FedRAMP.
• Technical depth in Postgres, auth systems, or networking.
• Experience designing access for AI agents or automated systems.
• Shipped enterprise-approved security features.
