What you will do

• Support operational delivery of rater training, monitoring, and clinician network management.
• Process clinician and rater forms and manage data via ePortal and LMS training systems.
• Schedule 1:1 training sessions and manage hardware shipment documentation.
• Coordinate high-volume email correspondence and maintain real-time status trackers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clinician and rater support queries.
• Collaborate with site coordinators and CRAs for monitoring activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous project management or administrative support experience is preferred.
