What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of HSEQ strategies, policies, and programs to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and manage HSEQ systems and behaviors in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Develop HSEQ audits and management plans to ensure activities are delivered safely.
• Drive innovation in HSEQ by introducing project and company-wide safety initiatives.
• Represent the company with clients and stakeholders on all HSEQ matters.
• Recruit, manage, and develop the HSEQ team to meet future capability requirements.

Requirements

• Degree qualification.
• IOSH Diploma or equivalent and CMIOSH certification.
• Lead Assessor - ISAS or equivalent.
