What you will do

• Provide invoice coding support for assigned properties to ensure accurate processing.
• Manage vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile account statements.
• Execute weekly payment operations by keying wires for designated properties.
• Process invoices from online vendor portals and submit online payments.
• Assist with annual 1099 preparation by verifying tax and payment data.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to be a contractor in Argentina.
