What you will do

• Coordinate project financial administration, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
• Manage the monthly billing process, including invoice preparation and contractual compliance.
• Administer accounts receivable and resolve financial disputes with owners, architects, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the AEC industry or project-based environments.
• Location: Must be based in Rochester, NY.
