What you will do

• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and reconciling transactions.
• Conduct account analysis and maintain monthly balance sheets and audit schedules.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documents in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Process and validate urgent Request for Payment (RFP) from various departments.
• Prepare AP aging for monthly financial reporting and handle general bookkeeping.
• Assist the finance department with audits, forecasts, and fiscal planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Netsuite.
