What you will do

• Evolve end-to-end consumer shopping experiences to improve discovery and purchase flows for guests.
• Collaborate in a "3 Amigos" team with Product and Engineering managers to iterate on features based on real-world performance and funnels.
• Plan and synthesize user research to validate assumptions and de-risk design decisions.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Drive the evolution of the design system to create a modern, scalable framework for branded apps.
• Integrate emerging AI-assisted workflows and design tools to optimize creative efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience (UX/UI).
• Strong visual design taste with the ability to provide significant aesthetic uplift to existing products.
• Proficiency in Figma, design prototyping tools, and design storytelling.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work within technical constraints and EU/US compliance frameworks.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for Ireland or the UK.
