What you will do

• Work closely with customers to provide expert guidance on integrating SerDes IP into their systems.
• Provide hands-on technical support during the design, development, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize SerDes IP performance via DSP algorithms and mixed-signal circuit components.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues related to high-speed serial interfaces.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with product management and QA to ensure product capabilities meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in SerDes IP, DSP algorithm development, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Expertise in high-speed serial communication protocols, specifically PCIe and Ethernet.
• Proficiency in DSP implementation, including equalization, filtering, and error correction.
• Experience with mixed-signal circuit design (PLLs, ADCs, DACs) and EDA tools like Cadence or Synopsys.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
