What you will do

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and retrofit installations of diagnostic instruments at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues to resolve instrument problems.
• Provide advanced escalation support and mentor other Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
• Maintain detailed service reports and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, NRC, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with technical service and logistics teams to optimize instrument support.

Requirements

• Degree as Laboratory Technician, AA Electronics, Engineering Technician, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Field Service Technician.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Proven experience installing and repairing medical diagnostic or clinical laboratory instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, medical terminology, Chemistry, Physics, and basic immunology.
• Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
