What you will do

• Implement processes to clean, transform, and organize raw data for analysis
• Enhance data delivery, automate manual processes, and analyze large volumes of structured/unstructured data for trends and patterns
• Create visual reports to clarify business pain points using big data platforms like Databricks and Cloudera
• Develop machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve business problems
• Apply statistical techniques, programming languages, and domain tools for accurate analysis
• Communicate with clients and internal teams, identify process issues, and take ownership for resolutions

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• 5+ years of statistical/analytical project work, preferably in financial services or telco
• Degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, IT, physics, or related
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, ML packages) for analysis, advanced analytics, and automation; PySpark is a plus
• Knowledge of R, SQL, cloud platforms (Databricks, Cloudera, Snowflake), Power BI, and statistical techniques
• Innovative mindset focused on solving data and analysis problems

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, information retrieval)
• Familiarity with credit-related topics (issuing, monitoring, Bureau data) and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS 9)
