What you will do

• Provide insights and recommendations on hirify.global flows to identify and drive product improvements and customer safety.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to review performance and deliver data-driven strategies.
• Define KPIs, design tracking, and set up monitoring for new product launches and changes.
• Oversee and implement A/B tests and experiments for optimization.
• Design, build, and scale data products like dashboards, reports, data models, and algorithms.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences to drive decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years as data scientist or analyst, preferably product-focused.
• Advanced SQL, data modelling, data visualisation.
• Statistics, probability fundamentals, large-scale A/B testing experience.
• Cross-functional work with product and operations teams.
• Versatility to learn new technologies in dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication to summarize complex data for all audiences.

Nice to have

• dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Python.
• Fintech/crypto or KYC/onboarding experience.
• Start-up/scale-up experience.
• Machine learning knowledge and ML initiatives.
