Product Manager (PropTech)

What you will do

• Serve as primary US-based Product Manager for hirify.global-owned products, managing relationships with US operating companies.
• Contribute to product strategy, shape/prioritize roadmaps balancing near-term delivery and long-term evolution.
• Understand operating company workflows/friction points and translate into roadmap inputs.
• Monitor customer needs, industry trends, regulations, and competition to inform priorities.
• Lead product positioning, launches, adoption, and feedback loops with implementation teams.
• Conduct discovery/research to validate problems and solutions for prioritization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management or similar product leadership role
• 10+ years in agile/scrum environments across scaling, multi-team organizations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Skilled at prioritization, handling ambiguity, and distilling complex challenges.
• Strong product discovery, research, and delivery skills with hands-on ownership experience.
• Experience in PropTech or service industry product development preferred; Master's degree preferred.
