What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Product Owners across multiple agile development teams.
• Align priorities and manage trade-offs across various product lines including SpryMobile and SpryEngage.
• Oversee and mature product discovery and delivery practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Client-facing teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Structure epics and define clear, executable outcomes for the Point Solutions portfolio.
• Guide product thinking regarding prioritization and solution shaping to align with broader company strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing and coaching Product Owners.
• Professional experience working in B2B SaaS or software environments.
• Strong execution-focused product mindset balancing delivery and discovery.
• Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple product lines or a portfolio of smaller applications.
• Strong familiarity with agile delivery environments.
• Experience with customer-facing product work in enterprise or mid-market SaaS.
