What you will do
- Define and develop pricing and trade term structures across brands, channels, and customers in Germany and internationally
- Set and enforce commercial guardrails like discount levels, trade terms, and promo rules for margin discipline
- Drive annual negotiations including frameworks, targets, and offer structures
- Develop trade spend strategy, allocate investments across discounts, promotions, and displays
- Define rules for promotional activities to support value-driven growth
- Maintain pricing and trade term setups in systems like SAP
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Brand teams on revenue growth decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, or similar in FMCG or comparable industry
- Proven experience with pricing, trade terms, and promotional mechanics in B2B or retail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on execution focus
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes
- Solid Excel knowledge for models, insights, and workflow automation
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
