What you will do

• Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory in Ireland.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and in-service clinical training.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze market data and sales trends to identify new business opportunities and prepare forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-5 years of related sales experience.
• Ability to travel frequently (30-50%) within the assigned territory, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
