Salary: $150K – $205K

What you will do

• Use financial and operational expertise to deliver solutions for distressed businesses.
• Oversee research, data analysis, financial modeling, reports, and client presentations.
• Develop engagement strategies, scope deliverables, and lead project workstreams.
• Manage team expectations, client communications, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coach junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of finance, accounting, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including conditional formatting, lookups, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and data validation.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting integrated with financial statements, sensitivity analysis, account reconciliation, process automation, and controls improvement.
• Expertise in valuation of distressed companies, bankruptcy/reorganization, and strategic consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to travel as required based on client location.
