What you will do

• Research and develop strategic initiatives for airlines, MRO providers, airports, and ground handling operators.
• Conduct secondary research and competitive benchmarking to support client engagements.
• Assess client operations across network planning, fleet management, cargo operations, and maintenance.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for business cases, investment evaluations, and revenue analyses.
• Track aviation industry trends, including SAF adoption, fleet electrification, and airport modernization.
• Synthesize findings into clear presentations and deliverables for high-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in the aviation industry, consulting, or a similar professional environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL, and be available for travel.
