What you will do

• Lead the lifecycle, integration, and optimization of the global marketing SaaS stack, including Docebo, On24, and Wistia.
• Define the strategic roadmap for engagement technologies to enhance the customer journey across global markets.
• Analyze traffic and engagement data using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to drive web product improvements.
• Manage relationships with key technology vendors and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Act as the primary product liaison for Legal and Privacy stakeholders to ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the UK, EMEA, and APAC to ensure local market needs are reflected in the global stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or marketing operations, focusing on B2B or B2C SaaS ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing complex marketing stacks within a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong technical understanding of how SaaS tools integrate via APIs, scripts, and data layers.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs), and user behavior tracking (Clarity/Hotjar).
• Familiarity with global data privacy laws and their impact on marketing technology.
• Must be based in Hook, UK to support a hybrid work arrangement.
