What you will do
- Manage the full hiring cycle for non-technical roles in Israel, including Operations and Business positions.
- Act as a Recruiting Coordinator for US-based roles, performing CV screening and managing complex interview schedules.
- Conduct deep sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- Ensure a professional and seamless candidate journey for both local and international applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide insights and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer from a Recruitment Agency (Must).
- Native or Fluent English (written and verbal) (Must).
- Strong natural affinity for technology and ability to master complex tools and platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
