What you will do

• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify top talent.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters to maintain a consistent pipeline of active candidates.
• Manage and maintain the candidate database.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of IT sourcing experience (preferred).
• Proven experience with Boolean search and X-Ray sourcing techniques.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to dynamically switch between tasks and positions while meeting deadlines.
