Location: Fully on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Partner with founders and stakeholders to define hiring needs and workforce planning strategy.
• Design and implement hiring processes and interview frameworks across Israel and the US.
• Own the full recruitment funnel from role definition and sourcing to closing and onboarding.
• Personally lead the hiring process for R&D, AI, Product, and GTM roles.
• Drive high-precision sourcing using Boolean search, market mapping, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within high-growth, top-tier startups (SaaS or AI preferred).
• Proven success in hiring across Israel, the US, and Europe in competitive markets.
• Deep hands-on sourcing capabilities, including Boolean and proactive talent hunting.
• Experience implementing and leveraging recruiting systems and AI tools.
• Excellent English proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills.
