What you will do

• Build and own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline from sourcing to closing for all hiring needs.
• Hire elite software engineers, ML researchers, AI engineers, prompt engineers, and key roles across product, operations, and growth.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Ashby to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive technical and non-technical talent in competitive markets.
• Partner with founders and leadership to design function-specific recruiting strategies.
• Create a repeatable and scalable recruiting process to support the company's growth into a global leader.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting AI/ML/SWE/Growth/Product/Ops/Design talent at top-tier companies or startups.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, machine learning, and AI talent profiles.
• Demonstrated success in building technical teams from scratch.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior engineers and researchers.
• English fluency with exceptional communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Almaty.
