Location: Hybrid in hirify.global hub locations (Denver CO, San Francisco CA, Nashville TN, Santiago Chile). Expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. Relocation stipend may be available to hub locations.

Salary: $47,000 - $59,000 USD (Denver, CO)

What you will do

• Handle high volumes of customer inquiries across channels and deliver personalized service
• Swiftly resolve complex issues while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Serve as subject matter expert on products and issues for your customer portfolio
• Proactively identify operational gaps and implement improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, and other teams on enterprise accounts
• Generate reports on issues, trends, and performance; conduct research and data analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, support tools, and chat systems
• Experience handling complex inquiries, maintaining knowledge bases
• Familiarity with FCRA standards and compliance (or willingness to learn)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
