CRM Specialist (Ecommerce): Developing and optimizing a global, data-driven CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion across multiple channels with an accent on multi-channel communication (email, push, in-app) and user activation. Focus on designing personalized customer journeys, executing reactivation strategies, and leveraging data insights to increase bidder and submitter conversions.
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Lead the operational execution of CRM programs to ensure they deliver impact and align with business goals.
- Design, test, and optimize customer journeys to drive activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify innovation opportunities by embedding analytical rigour into the CRM process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Country Management, Analytics) to integrate CRM efforts.
- Contribute to functional expertise through knowledge sharing and a culture of experimentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience, ideally in eCommerce or digital marketplace environments.
- Proven results in driving customer activation, retention, and monetization.
- Strong knowledge of CRM channels: email, app push, in-app messages, notification center, and web banners.
- Analytical acumen to uncover insights, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
