Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal; relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Write, edit, and manage blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and email campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO visibility and search rankings.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to create content assets.
• Manage the content calendar and editorial workflows.
• Analyze content performance and optimize engagement, lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including storytelling and brand voice development.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, content distribution, and content metrics.
• Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• A portfolio featuring published blog posts, whitepapers, or case studies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Experience working with guest bloggers, influencers, or external writers.
