What you will do

• Manage and support technical instructors, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
• Develop and update training courses on agricultural machinery and technologies for both face-to-face and virtual delivery.
• Deliver high-quality technical training and assess delegate progress with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with product development and service teams to ensure training content accuracy.
• Act as the strategic lead for the continuous improvement of training programs across local and global academy networks.
• Lead team meetings and drive effective communication across training functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Saxham, UK.
• Industry-recognised technical qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Strong understanding of agricultural engineering and machinery practices.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality training and assessing learner progress.
• Valid full driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
• Willingness to apply for Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational management.
• Proven record of curriculum development and quality assurance in education or training.
• Formal teaching, leadership, or management qualifications.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding requirements.
