What you will do

• Analyze and standardize SOPs in the integration department to reduce variation and improve collaboration.
• Own and document manufacturing processes and provide training to team members.
• Support hands-on problem solving via SQCDP meetings to achieve on-time delivery and quality objectives.
• Develop and optimize factory floor layouts and production cells.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during assembly and testing.
• Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement of workflows.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass National Security Vetting.
• Senior engineering experience with an electrical bias, specifically in test, pre-commissioning, and fault finding.
• Background in low-volume, one-off engineered products (e.g., ROVs).
• Degree, HNC, or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, testing, and quality control.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Familiarity with hydraulics.
