What you will do

• Visit 12-15 assigned parcel locker sites daily on scheduled routes and ad hoc requests.
• Replace consumables like thermal printer rolls and perform routine operational checks.
• Conduct cleanliness audits, minor repairs (e.g., printer components, door alignments), and apply signage/decals.
• Identify and report faults, damage, or vandalism using the ServiceMax mobile app.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, tasks, and stock usage.
• Represent the company professionally with hosts, partners, and public; travel within region and occasionally overnight outside.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Able to work independently, manage time, and follow routes.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high site standards.
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for logging work.
• Physically fit: lift up to 20kg, work outdoors in all weather, use step ladders.
• Previous field-based experience (e.g., vending maintenance, courier, facilities).
• Basic DIY/mechanical skills with hand/light power tools.
