What you will do

• Autonomously manage a diverse caseload of possession matters and debt recovery from inception to enforcement.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to clients, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Draft complex pleadings and witness statements, and represent clients at hearings.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals or junior fee-earners to ensure output quality.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), court deadlines, and client SLAs.
• Meet monthly billing targets and identify business development opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of possession proceedings and notice requirements.
• Confidence in handling a high-volume caseload with competing deadlines.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and cost-effective management.
• Excellent attention to detail and legal drafting skills.
• Must be based in the UK and able to visit the Poole office one day per month.
• Compliance with SRA standards and internal risk management protocols.
