What you will do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate sports-related commercial agreements, including endorsements, consulting, and IP licenses.
• Advise agents and executives on business and legal strategies for sports transactions of varying complexity.
• Identify potential legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate risk and avoid litigation.
• Monitor legal developments and update contract templates to maintain compliance and best practices.
• Conduct legal research and manage contract administration and document processes.
• Foster long-term relationships with colleagues and clients within the CAA Sports group.

Requirements

• UK Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE.
• Business fluent (written and verbal) in both German and English.
• Background in commercial or sports law, either in-house or in private practice.
• Undergraduate law degree (2:1 or above) or PGDL at commendation level or higher.
• Legal Practice Course (LPC) at commendation level or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
