What you will do

• Provide expert employment law advice to diverse clients via phone, email, and meetings.
• Manage a varied caseload, specifically handling Employment Tribunal matters.
• Draft employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements.
• Deliver commercial and pragmatic legal guidance to leading UK brands.
• Support business development by creating articles, blogs, and training materials.
• Participate in an out-of-hours rota approximately one week in nine.

Requirements

• Must be UK based.
• Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent).
• Strong professional experience in employment law and Tribunal work.
• Excellent communication skills and a commercially minded approach.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
