What you will do

• Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers of all litigation matters and report to internal stakeholders.
• Handle small legal claims and respond to information requests from third parties.
• Manage the onboarding of external counsels, including engagement letters, costs, and budgeting.
• Assist with discovery, data production, and preparation of witness evidence.
• Lead projects aimed at increasing the litigation team's overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification from a common law jurisdiction (preference for England & Wales).
• Previous experience in a legal role is highly desirable.
• High level of autonomy and proven ability to manage your own workload.
• Strong attention to detail, rigor, and reliability.
• Ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
