What you will do

• Build and run partner community programs and events across Europe from concept to reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate event opportunities, including conferences and sponsorships.
• Create structured partner feedback loops and translate insights into recommendations for Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Develop partner advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and ambassador initiatives.
• Support local partner marketing and social amplification to increase partner visibility.
• Drive regional brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or partner marketing (ideally in tech, lifestyle, or fitness).
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end events and community initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage brand partnerships and align multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the European media and partnership landscape.
