What you will do

• Design and execute partner community programs and events throughout Europe from concept to reporting.
• Identify and coordinate event opportunities, including conferences and local community activations.
• Establish structured partner feedback loops to provide actionable insights for Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Develop partner advocacy by creating case studies, testimonials, and ambassador initiatives.
• Coordinate local social media plans and content to increase visibility for partners.
• Drive regional brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or partner marketing, ideally in tech or fitness.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in end-to-end event planning and logistics.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs from scratch.
• Familiarity with the European media and partnership landscape.
