What you will do

• Build and develop a thriving Japanese-speaking community.
• Attract new members and maintain an inclusive, vibrant atmosphere.
• Moderate and manage the community's Discord channel.
• Provide user support, help with onboarding, and gather feedback for product improvement.
• Attend offline events to engage with members face-to-face.
• Monitor community metrics and resolve conflicts professionally.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• 1+ year of experience as a Community or Social Media Manager in online projects.
• Proficiency in Discord.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills.
