What you will do

• Execute strategic plans for sourcing, recruiting, and converting clinical experts into long-term content partners.
• Manage the full webinar schedule, selecting and confirming high-quality presenters for live broadcasts.
• Serve as the primary liaison for instructor clinicians, managing onboarding and ongoing relationship engagement.
• Coordinate the collection and verification of contracts, CVs, and regulatory documentation for compliance.
• Maintain accurate instructor profiles and performance data within internal databases.

Requirements

• Associate degree required (Bachelor's preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Communications.
• 2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building.
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and professional network development.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex scheduling rubrics.
• Advanced professional communication skills across multiple channels.

• Technical recruiting experience within healthcare or education sectors.
