What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to enhance the effectiveness of leadership teams in high-growth environments.
• Act as a data-driven advisor, leveraging people metrics to guide decisions on talent, performance, and engagement.
• Lead talent and development initiatives, including career development, employee engagement, and compensation frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations issues as the primary point of contact within the People & Culture team.
• Support the Head of People & Culture on sales-related initiatives across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience in The Netherlands and Belgium, specifically within fast-paced SaaS companies.
• Proven expertise in strategically partnering with Sales organizations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience leading large-scale, global HR projects that drive organizational change.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with UK employment legislation and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
