People Partner (HR)

What you will do

• Advise managers and team leads on Romanian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Support employee life-cycle activities, including compensation reviews, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Coordinate relocation activities and execute global People & Culture programs on a country-specific level.
• Manage employee relations cases and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, trends, and risks relevant to the Romanian market.
• Collaborate with other HR Business Partners to maintain consistency in HR practices and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in a professional business environment.
• Previous experience in a multinational or matrixed company is an advantage.
