What you will do

• Manage small-scale projects involving event logistics, mailer coordination, and creator outreach.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with junior-level clients, event partners, and creators.
• Monitor industry trends in tech and AI to provide actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
• Analyze project performance, focusing on media coverage, social reporting, and event attendance.
• Execute media relations strategies to secure press coverage across various publications.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks, including budget tracking, raising POs, and supplier payments.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK for event and office attendance.
• 12 months of proven experience managing campaigns and events with press and influencers.
• Strong understanding of the UK media landscape and a network of relevant press contacts.
• Tech-savvy with a deep interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
