What you will do

• Define comprehensive test strategies and automation needs based on functional and technical requirements.
• Design, write, and maintain automated UI and API test suites using frameworks like Playwright and Rest-Assured.
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks to optimize test coverage.
• Execute exploratory, functional, integration, performance, and regression tests.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and manage test data.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent defects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA/QE and test automation within Agile environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UI and API automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Python.
• Experience with relational databases and data validation (SQL, MS SQL, Oracle, GraphQL, DB2).
• Proficiency with version control and issue tracking tools (GitHub, Jira, Xray).
• Must be based in Canada.
