What you will do

• Develop a comprehensive manual and automated testing strategy covering multi-region, Fedramp, and AI requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of Testing Developers and QA Analysts to foster technical excellence.
• Implement and oversee load and performance testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Build scalable testing infrastructure and frameworks to support continuous delivery and release confidence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to align quality goals and integrate testing into workflows.
• Establish key quality metrics to monitor test reliability and delivery health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing both QA and automation teams.
• Deep understanding of testing architecture including unit, integration, contract, load, and E2E testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
