What you will do

Mentor a team to develop and execute breakthrough "earned first" PR and creator activations.
Lead the conceptualization and delivery of creator workshops, impactful mailers, and seasonal parties.
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, guiding them through media, social, and earned communications.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics to optimize ROI.
Identify new opportunities to enhance project effectiveness through AI and emerging technology trends.

Requirements

Extensive experience in consumer PR and earned creator strategies for major brands.
Proven track record in organizing and executing experiential activations and large-scale events.
Expertise in talent management, including negotiation and contracting.
Tech-savvy with a strong interest and understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
Ability to think "earned first" to generate organic buzz and authentic engagement.
Strong leadership and project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
