What you will do
- Develop B2B marketing strategies and differentiated positioning for dealer audiences across European markets.
- Plan and execute high-impact product marketing campaigns in Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, and Austria.
- Translate complex product features into compelling value propositions and audience-relevant messaging.
- Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices to mature the product marketing function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Go-to-market teams to align market approaches.
- Analyze customer and performance insights to continuously refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, or automotive-tech.
- Strong instinct for positioning and storytelling to translate complex products into customer value.
- Proven experience working closely with Product, Sales, and multiple Marketing functions.
- Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and KPI tracking (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Must be based in Munich, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Contentful, or QuickSight.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Comfortable using Figma for collaboration with Product and Design teams.
