Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst (Power BI/SQL): Deliver high-quality analytical insights, data modelling, and visualizations to drive business decisions with an accent on cloud transformation, AI adoption, and scalable analytics practices. Focus on hypothesis-led problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and developing modern data strategies including Snowflake migration.

What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s Data Strategy, cloud transition to Snowflake, and AI innovations.
• Deliver analytical outputs, data modelling, exploration, and Power BI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Deep dive into challenges, quantify commercial impact, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Peer-review outputs, ensure governance, and embed risk controls.
• Engage stakeholders, translate requirements into solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
• Mentor juniors and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in modern analytics with hypothesis-led problem solving.
• Strong T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, dimensional modelling (Kimball), Python proficiency.
• Cloud experience (ideally Snowflake) and AI in analytics workflows.
• Advanced data storytelling, project scoping, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-motivated with prioritization and continuous learning mindset.
