What you will do

• Scope and guide analytics projects from design to technical delivery
• Develop efficient, repeatable, and automated reporting processes
• Use data manipulation techniques to create structured datasets
• Produce dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau
• Champion data visualisation best practices across the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into insights and manage relationships

Requirements

• Located in Cardiff for hybrid work
• Strong analytical skills for large and complex datasets
• Proven experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboards
• Solid SQL experience for data manipulation and reporting
• Confidence engaging stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Collaborative approach to explain data to non-technical audiences
