Global Product Manager (Crop Protection)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and lifecycle management of assigned active ingredients and related product assets in the global insecticides portfolio.
• Analyze market data, performance metrics, global trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, gaps, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing business cases, investment recommendations, and portfolio trade-off decisions.
• Drive pricing, product positioning, resource allocation, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Commercial, and regional stakeholders to support execution, licensing, and pipeline advancement.
• Provide market intelligence, product strategy, training materials, and performance information for country marketing teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the crop protection industry.
• Strategic and commercial acumen, including P&L thinking, pricing, margin optimization, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Experience building and defending investment business cases and translating complex analysis into clear strategic narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead without authority across diverse functions and regions.
• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
