What you will do

• Lead the strategy and lifecycle management of assigned Active Ingredients (AIs) and assets.
• Analyze market data and global trends to identify gaps, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and defend business cases and investment proposals for senior leadership and executive teams.
• Drive revenue and margin improvements through optimal product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial) to ensure operational execution.
• Act as the central information hub for market intelligence and provide training materials to country marketing teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the crop protection industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L thinking, including pricing and margin optimization.
• Academic degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to lead diverse teams without direct authority.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain.
