IT Product Manager – Quality Applications & Portfolio h/f

Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area. The role is based on-site.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Non-Conformity Management application, from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, maintenance, adoption, improvement, and decommissioning.
• Translate product needs into requirements for integration, cybersecurity, IAM, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure specialists.
• Engage with shop-floor users, quality sites, technical teams, business leaders, and top management.
• Measure user adoption and improve non-conformity tracking and resolution workflows based on feedback.
• Lead monthly governance reviews for approximately 10 Quality applications and projects, tracking health, risks, KPIs, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate product teams and Quality business leaders to keep portfolio projects aligned and on schedule.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or IT Project Manager managing enterprise applications.
• Broad IT knowledge covering basic integration patterns such as APIs and webhooks, as well as SSO and access rights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for end users, technical specialists, and senior management.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems, manufacturing IT, or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Hands-on coding and architectural design are not required.
