What you will do

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and iteration planning.
• Administer the scrum board and Jira to ensure accurate tracking and workflow efficiency.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional specifications for technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage product backlog grooming and support requirements prioritization.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, internal roadblocks, and process gaps.
• Collaborate with functional users and stakeholders to influence project support and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 years of overall professional experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience performing operational analysis of business processes and web-based applications.
