What you will do
- Provide accurate and timely support via Slack, chat, or email to resolve customer issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex cases to R&D or Product teams.
- Educate customers on product features and build strong, professional relationships.
- Create and update support documentation and log all interactions in the support system.
- Undergo ongoing training to maintain technical excellence and deliver top-tier support.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Australia
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Escalation Engineering (excluding internal IT support).
- Proficiency in MySQL.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, Containerization (Docker), networking, Linux, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with OpenSearch, Grafana, and various analysis tools for troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, or an equivalent qualification.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, specifically within cloud environments.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, working effectively both solo and within a team.
