What you will do

• Set up, operate, and tear down experimental engines and drivetrain components in dynamometer test cells.
• Install instrumentation on engines and conduct standardized tests to record and capture critical data.
• Troubleshoot and repair test equipment, engines, and associated hardware following established procedures.
• Fabricate equipment and testing apparatus based on blueprints, engineering schematics, and manuals.
• Act as the primary hirify.global advocate and technical liaison for the customer at the lab site.
• Lead and train lower-level technicians to ensure productive off-shift operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
• 5-7+ years of experience in engine testing or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong mathematical skills and excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Must be based in the US to work at customer sites.
